It’s like getting your master’s degree in learning how to Manage your Mind. You learn how your mind works and how your thinking creates the way you feel, it drives the decisions and actions you take, and the results you see in your life.
It can be utilized to achieve any goal and live life intentionally and on purpose.
We are inundated by advice on how to feel better and achieve goals. We are told to meditate, be mindful, keep a journal, learn to harness our anger, tune out anxiety, implement habits, be here and now, but it only creates confusion and frustration.
Many clients come to me often, trying to ignore the nagging stuck feeling. They’ve lost the vision they had for their life, their career, their dreams, and their wants. They are unable to identify what’s holding them back. They feel pulled in many directions. They find themselves in an emotional-roller coaster loop attempting to balance work and life but nothing seems to stick. The reason for this is because they were not treating the root cause. We have to understand how the human brain works, and THEN how to make yours support you.
